Japanese distributor Getchu listed that the adult video game developed by Nupuryu no Sato, “Ruins Seeker“, will have an animated adaptation that will be released on March 29, 2024 in Japan. This episode will be titled “Ruins Seeker: Episode 1 – The Inquirer Beyond” and the fact that it is numbered confirms that more are intended to be produced in the future.
The original game is available in the Steam catalog with English translation, and although the version is censored, the adult content patch can be obtained through Kagura Games’ servers at no additional cost. The production is handled by Majin Petit and the synopsis of this first episode writes:
- My name is Quem. I’m an up-and-coming adventurer who explores dungeons in search of treasure. And this is the ‘Heaven’s Ladder’ dungeon. It’s the hardest dungeon anyone has conquered yet, but I aim high and dream big! I’ll be the first to conquer it! I thought that, but then… I suddenly encountered a strange demon, and suddenly my body went crazy. Now I’m just looking for sexual pleasure.
- I was attacked by a demon without knowing why, and my first step towards my dream stalled. What the hell is going on? Then I met a girl who was a mystery.
