Our story begins with a nameless 40-year-old single man, who, in the midst of a moment of self-indulgence, unexpectedly loses consciousness, believing he had met his end. However, upon regaining consciousness, he is met with the worried face of a charming girl named Misha.

Misha reveals that the man, whom she calls Norn, was on the brink of drowning in a river. Confused by the situation, Norn catches a glimpse of his reflection in the water, revealing the image of a cute boy with animal ears. In a mysterious turn of events, Norn has been reincarnated into a new world, now known as Norn.

In this fantastical realm, the inhabitants possess animal ears and tails, with more females than males, living in a society that practices polygamy. Misha, the first wife-to-be of Norn, becomes his companion in this unfamiliar world.
