In the smoll town of Hoshizora, the childhood friends who had a feelings each other, Rio and Mamoru, take an unexpected turn when they find themselves entangled in a complex and ambiguous relationship. Though both harbor deep feelings for each other, their unspoken feelings lead them down a path of despair. By a stroke of fate, Rio becomes involved in the world of idol activities after a chance participation in a beauty pageant. However, Mamoru receives a chilling warning that Rio is merely a pawn, a prize for the sinister and manipulative elites known as the “Sacrifices.” Determined to protect Rio, Mamoru takes on various jobs and roles within this twisted game, all while concealing the true nature of their nature from her. As Mamoru struggles to shield Rio from the unsettling truth, he finds himself exposed to her confusion and suspicion. Despite the doubts and uncertainties, Mamoru remains resolute in his mission to safeguard her at all costs. But, Mamoru eventually ended up seeing a sight he never wished to witness.
