The protagonist, Seiichi, is a teacher who has a hobby of visiting remote islands. He is also blessed with a tremendous sexual appetite, but this leaves him unsatisfied and wanting more.

One day, he is asked by an acquaintance who is the chief of an island to move to a remote island called Koumi-jima, also known as “Childbirth Island.”

The request is that the women on this island have evolved a unique characteristic due to a local custom that specializes their role as female in childbirth. They have a gestation period of just one week from conception to birth, which has allowed the island to prosper for hundreds of years. However, as a result of inbreeding among the islanders, the genetic makeup of each individual is now very similar, and the island is in danger of dying out without new genes introduced.

The chief’s request is for Seiichi, with his tremendous sexual prowess, to father children with the island’s women and introduce new genes into their population.

These women, who have a deep-seated desire for male dominance due to their specialized role in childbirth, derive the greatest pleasure from pleasing men and giving birth to children. What will happen to these women when Seiichi arrives to fulfill their instincts and desires?
