Japanese production company Showten has listed the video trailer for the second episode of the animated adaptation of the adult visual novel developed by Empress, “SLEEPLESS Nocturne,” which is scheduled for release on October 27, 2023 in Japan.
The original visual novel was released by Empress in June 2022. Due to the fact that it is a software and not a doujinshi as such, it is difficult to access the original material. However, something to keep in mind is that it is a sequel to “SLEEPLESS ~A Midsummer Night’s Dream~“, which has just been adapted into animation not long ago also by Showten.
Finally, the synopsis of this second episode writes:
- “SLEEPLESS” and its sequel “SLEEPLESS Nocturne”, definitely the best projects of the Empress group, will finally be adapted into animation! Tomoki and Yukino are invited to an unusual sexual feast by the residents of a mansion. Tomoki is endlessly abused by the mistress “Marie” and her daughter “Maria”. Meanwhile, Yukino is taken prisoner by Marie’s pet, “Rui”. What is the fate of the two trapped in the House of the Black Rose?
